What vitamins and supplements do you take?

I use magnesium and melatonin to sleep better. Working out also helps a lot.

Honestly, magnesium is one of my favorite supplements (I use a citrate-glycinate blend). It can also help with restless leg syndrome, muscle cramps, eye twitching, and more.

I definitely recommend magnesium if you’re supplementing with vitamin D3 as well.

Amazon Castor Oil. I’ve also used it on my hairline without much noticeable difference, but it did work wonders on my eyelashes. However, since having my cataracts removed, I’m unsure if I should continue using it. I apply it with a mascara spoolie. Good luck!
